Why choose AIO?

With as many organizers on the market as there are, you may be wondering, "Why should I choose All In Organizers?" If that's you, here are some things to consider that an AIO organizer can and does do:

Easy instructions

I've designed and illustrated the instructions to be clear and easy to follow with any key points identified. parts are separated out into numbered bags so finding the pieces you need next is a breeze! They also contain photos of my organizers so you can see exactly how to put miniatures in. Of course, my layout is only a starting point, you are free to rearrange things as you see fit.

Easy to build

No more finger joints! No more worrying if parts are cut to ridiculous precision, and having to deal with things falling apart or not fitting at all because they weren't. My organizers are designed to push together with connectors so building things is clean, easy, and stress-free.

Adjustable layout

Ever build an organizer and just as you're putting the game components in you start to think, "Why did they have this go there? Now I have to dig through everything else just to get to this!"

Ugh, I have. and it's not fun. My organizers are designed to allow you to move miniatures around and even rearrange some trays so your game is organized the way that makes sense to you!

Modular design

I absolutely hate getting a game organized and then finding out a new expansion is going to be released in the near future. So, I've created a system that would allow me to release upgrade patches for future game expansions. My organizers will be able to take the new expansion and, within reason, adjust the existing organizer with an upgrade kit to allow the expansion to live with the rest of the game it comes with. Trying my best to future proof here.

Space savings

I have a good sized collection of games. I also don't have a lot of space for more. So, like many of you, shelf space has become a precious commodity. Cards and tokens can be easily stored efficiently, but the real problem of efficient and easy-to-use storage for miniatures remains. My organizers solve this issue by closely packing the miniatures together. However, don't be scared. With the adjustable nature of my designs, you can be sure that your miniatures will never be pushed up against each other or pinched by the connectors themselves, potentially damaging them or your paint job! In the end, I'm able to pack quite a few boxes worth of board game into a single box with my organizers. Fewer boxes = more shelf space = you can buy more games!

My Design Objectives

1. Be easy to build

Directions should be clear and easy to understand. The organizer should not be overly laborious to build. Parts should be easy to find, or somehow separated to be identifiable and distinguishable.

2. Design with gameplay and setup steps in mind

Stuff you need first or use most frequently should be at the top of the box. You shouldn't have to pull everything out of the box first in order to begin setup. removal from the box and setup should be done at the same time.

3. Minimal impact on miniatures

For those who paint their miniatures, and as someone who paints their own, a good organizer should be designed to touch the paint job as little as possible to avoid scraping paint and ruining hours of effort painting.

4. Be Flexible in design

Being flexible will allow the end user to adjust how their organizer is used based on how they play their game.

5. Be modular

Organizers should be able to grow, to a certain extent, as the games they are designed to store continue to expand. Future updates should be able to be implemented easily. The organizer should also be able to be recycled for use with other games. It shouldn't be a single-use product with an instant obsolescence if a game is updated or sold.

6. Design with sleeved cards in mind

I like sleeved cards. They look nice, shuffle easily, and they are mostly protected. However, simply sleeving cards can easily double the stack height of these cards. That's simply not always easy to account for when designing. I try my best to make sure my designs can hold sleeved cards, sometimes, it's just... not in the cards.

7. Maximize shelf storage utilization

Many of you have a lot of games. Many of you have limited storage space. Many of you have both. I hate seeing people having to be super picky over what games to buy because they don't know where they're going to put them. Lid lift is an issue with many people, but if I had to pick between a little bit of lift or using even more space to have an additional box, I choose a bit of lid lift.
